The Emerald of Seattle
The Emerald, a 40-story LEED residential tower embodies the dynamism of urban life and tranquility of home. Featuring a shifted geometric pattern, the tower will include roof-level amenity spaces and terraces that will command unobstructed views Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountain range.
The construction is on track to be completed, June 2020.
